I do not have access to the admin page, how to solve this problem?

If you have access to your web servers file system via FTP or whatever filemanagement tools your host has provided you with then try navigating to your wp-content directory and rename the plugins to plugins-old.

Just rename, don’t delete, that one plugins directory and nothing else. Once that’s done see if you can get into your site via the WordPress dashboard.

Hello, thanks for reply, yes FTP working, I do the rename of plugins folder but problem is still here. I contacted the hosting administrator, but as a bug in my CMS so he did not help.
I hope that is not necessary delete all 🙁

    I found some tips here

I tested deactivate all plugins via this tutorialbut it did not help
