    When customers try to select a pickup point, the map re-centers as such that the select button falls BELOW the screen.
    The scroll button on the right does NOT scroll the map. Only dragging the map helps.
    Alternatively zooming the browser to 80% helps, but these are cumbersome steps to take. Most customers just leave the whole purchasing process because they can not select the pickup point.

    Would it be possible to re-center the popup window of the pickup point so the select button becomes visible again?

  • if the ‘shipping cost’ is less that 20% of the ‘cart total’ then ‘free shipping’ option should be applied. can anyone help me out with this?

    I cannot reproduce the issue you addressed. Can you please send me an e-mail to support@sendcloud.com if this issue still occurs? I want to look into this and solve this as soon as possible of course. When you send the e-mail please add your inlog e-mail address from sendcloud, and the name of your webshop please.     Dear Aftab15,

    Thank you for your message. You can only set the method as following: when order value is exceeding amount of X than offer shipping method for free. This is something you can enable via the backend of WooCommerce. It is not possible to set a 20% shipping costs from order value. I hope to have informed you well. I wish you a great day!

    Hi Loes,
    Thanks for the reaction. I did contact Sendcloud Support around the time I made this new post. The next day, Thursday 27th of february I received a reaction from Nick that she could not reproduce this problem in my webshop, with a screenshot of her desktop. https://panel.sendcloud.sc/#/support/ticket/501039

    Her desktop has a much higher resolution than mine and higher than my customers. This means that older people with older screens with lower resolutions can apparently not select the select button and stop buying.
