    Hi,

    I am trying out this plugin for my coaching online appointment system, but I am having problem service capacity. I put 2 in the capacity field but when I tested it, every time I book it, it already is disabled or crossed out for booking. I want it to be red (busy) but not crossed out which means another user can still book for the same time. What am I missing? thanks

    Hi @theresailetsprepare,

    This option is actually used to reduce the capacity if your service has more than one provider assigned, it’s not designed to be used in order to increase it.

    For more info about increasing service capacity you can go to Appointments > FAQ page and select “I want to accept more than one appointment…” from dropdown.
