 * The first minute i tried the plugin and started the bulk optimization it keeps
   running, even as the documentation suggests to close the tab of the bulk optimization,
   It still keeps running. There is no way to stop it. After 10 minutes i get a
   notice that the servers of Imagify are down. Then when it worked again it started
   to optimize my images again so now my growth subscription plan is already had
   100%. And not one image is optimized because it apparently deleted the optimized
   images from my server in the process.

 * Hi [@tomonsweb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomonsweb/)
 * Thank you for sharing your feedback.
 * Regarding stopping the bulk optimization it is mentioned on our [documentation](https://imagify.io/documentation/stop-bulk-optimization-process/)
   that it can be stopped if you close the browser window for versions prior to
   v2.1. Can you please clarify which is the Imagify version you are using?
 * The Bulk optimization after our update on v2.1 will work in the background even
   if you close your browser window.
 * About the server indeed, we are sorry for the inconvenience, we were experiencing
   an issue on October 10th. However, regarding the consumption please note that
   depends on the size of your images and their thumbnails. Additional information
   can be found [here](https://imagify.io/documentation/how-is-quota-calculated/).
   In any case, we can definitely investigate and provide a solution if you contact
   us through our [support system](https://imagify.io/contact/).
 * Best Regards

 * Hello and thank you for your response.
   Unfortunately i’ve already switched to
   a different plugin which converts the images locally instead of sending it to
   a server to convert.
