 * once I tried to upload a theme I encounter a server’s configuration error or 
   it also says that there’s something wrong with the WordPress.org
    can please.
   anyone help me figure out what maybe the cause of the error im trying to upload
   the bluestreet.1.2.0 theme from the WordPress.com website. thank you for your
   help.

   to upload theme is /wp-admin/theme-install.php)?
