It looks like there was a problem during sendsing some files to us for analysis. Please press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings.

The file you sent for analysis did not come to us. We have found out the reason why this could happen, and we will fix it in the next version of the plugin (the current one is 2.91.1).
Now, in order to resend the file, we can offer you to clear all the plugin data by complete deactivation:
1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> enable the option “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
2) WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and then Activate.
