# SERVER_ERROR NO: 2 MSG: Method name unset

 * I’ve tried running the malware scan on my staging site multiple times. Every 
   time it tries to send the results to the server after completing the scan, I 
   get the following error:
 * The error occurred
   Common result send: SERVER_ERROR NO: 2 MSG: Method name unset.
   Stage: send_results
 * I also notice an error in the Javascript console:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () /wp-admin/
   admin-ajax.php:1
   APBCT_AJAX_ERROR
 * The scan seems to run fine and there are results I’d like to see. However, I 
   think they can only be seen after the send to the server and this always fails.
 * Please advise.

   Please, re-install
   the CleanTalk Security Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:• WordPress
   Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable “Complete
   Deactivation” → Save Changes;• Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk
