Server timeout error on client side

    Hello,

    This is a nice plugin, but unfortunately it seems that half of the people who are trying to register get a timeout when they try to submit the form. The progress icon keeps loading, but nothing happens.

    I don’t know what systems the users have.

    Hello @antorera,

    ​Thank you for reaching out to support! It looks like when the page loads, the DIVI theme is taking a long time to allow the page to load fully. It looks like there might be some more resources necessary are you able to check the load on the server to see if there is a high load? Also, are you able to increase the WordPress PHP limits?
