 * I have bought and activated Premium. I am trying to download server side webhooks–
   GA4, but I get an error.
 * api.gtmkit.com/api/v1/generate-template-premium/:1 Failed to load resource: the
   server responded with a status of 404 ()

 * Please go to ‘GTM Kit > Upgrades > GTM Kit Premium’ and deactivate and then register
   the license key again.

 * Hi,
 * The Pemium GTM Kit seems to be activated, but the activation is gone on reload.
   Something must have changed in the backend since the Server-Side Webhooks – GA4
   was active after I activated with the key.
 * I also asked to get a JSON file with the URL and container ID values inserted
   while you/they figure out what is wrong.
 * I sent a Premium support message to [https://gtmkit.com/contact/](https://gtmkit.com/contact/),
   but there is no receive acknowledgement sent to my mailbox. What can I expect?
