 * **Connectivity** Ability to connect to the Wordfence servers and your own site.
 * Connecting to Wordfence servers (https)OK
 * Connecting back to this siteOK – 50.6.35.175
 * IPv6 DNS resolution failed
 * This likely indicates that the server either does not support IPv6 or does not
   have an IPv6 address assigned or associated with the domain. Original error message:
   wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 6:
   Could not resolve host: smartbottleofbotosani.online
 * I’ve got in touch with wordpress team to fix the issue and still not resolved.
   could you have a look please? I am using a macbook m4 chip
 * **[08:28:21] Customer:** previously an agent did : I’ve identified that your
   domain’s connection to Cloudflare has replaced your Hosting IP with a proxy,
   leading to website issues. To resolve this, we need to update your domain’s A
   records to your account’s original IP . Once confirmed, we’ll make the changes,
   and your site will function properly after a 24–48 hour propagation period. Please
   let me know if you approve this adjustment.
 * **[08:47:49] Agent:** To recap, you have contacted regarding encounter an issue
   with wordfence antivirus: a conflict with the server state , and I was able to
   resolve the issue by fixed the file permission and cleared the cache for the
   site also as you have requested to optimize the firewal also whitelisted the
   mod IDs and shared the details . I hope this helped make things easier for you.

 * Hi [@rzv22rzv](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rzv22rzv/),
 * The “Server state” stage in your scan is normal and not an error. In the Standard
   scan mode, it usually shows as yellow because Standard intentionally skips certain
   paths during the scan, and the scan
   flags those skipped paths as a note rather
   than a failure. So a yellow “Server state” line on its own doesn’t mean the scan
   went wrong.
 * Looking at the diagnostics you pasted, the connectivity section also reads as
   healthy. Your IPv4 loopback test passed, and the IPv6 line just means your server
   doesn’t have IPv6 set up, which is common and not a problem on its own.
 * If you have any other issues or questions, please let me know, and I’ll be happy
   to help.
 * Thanks,
   Margaret
