    Facebook pixel not working/syncing products

    ERROR :
    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

    Hi @fourkornersgta,

    Can you check that you have no Ad Blockers enabled in your browser?

    I’d also suggest clearing the issue by clicking the resolve button in the FaceBook events manager. Then wait to see if the message returns.

    thank you for yours response!
    Adblocker is Disabled and the plugin is working fine. & We resolved that issue somehow

    we are getting this error now and not being able to fix it.

    Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your ViewCategory event and that the data is normalized correctly.

    We did change the server ip couple of weeks but reconfigured everything.
