Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

Can’t figure out what to do with:
Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event
Problem
Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.Solution
Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.Next to thay I’ve got a question about the pixel part.
When trying to upload products with woocommerce, facebook pixel, I’ve got a error with:The microdata of this pixel is incomplete or incorrectly formatted
To use this pixel to add or update items in your catalog, you must install the required micro data tags on your website. More informationThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @fcujorick2,
Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’ll be happy to help.
We’ve recently reached out to Facebook directly to try to get some clarity regarding the “Invalid Match Key” warning. While no specific resolution has been provided, we do now know this from their replies:
• this warning only occurs with server to server events (added in Facebook for WooCommerce v2.0)
• it can be the result of a platform issue – which wouldn’t be fixable from within the plugin
• Facebook will not share more specific event data for privacy reasons
• there aren’t any events in the plugin’s logs with missing user_agents or ip_addressesFacebook has assured us that they’re looking into providing more information for this error in a future release, such as showing the affected URL and the parameter and what is wrong with it. They did also mention, however, that even with some additional details, it would not likely be able to be resolved by the plugin, as it can be at the platform level.
They weren’t able to pass along an expected date for release, though did mention that they usually see some features/improvements added after the holidays.
It seems that at this moment, we’ll need to wait for this release before looking at the Invalid Match Key parameter further. Please do let us know if you hear something different directly from Facebook!
Regarding the second issue that you mentioned with the pixel, could you please share a few additional details with me on where you are seeing this error? Could you also walk me through the steps that you are taking when this error appears?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Ok will wait for that!
For the pixel issue,
I do this (in the business.facebook/products/catalogs:
Add products
Use a pixelThan I can see my pixel-ID; 1521732684805396
But the system says: not ready.
The microdata of this pixel is incomplete or incorrectly formatted
To use this pixel to add or update items in your catalog, you must install the required micro data tags on your website. More informationThan you have more information on: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/catalog/guides/microdata-tags
We use OpenGraph, see https://imgshare.io/image/missing-id-price-availability.NTNJIZ
Hi @fcujorick2,
Thanks so much for sharing those additional details.
Did you have an existing pixel on your site prior to installing the plugin? If you didn’t, did you install the pixel via the plugin or manually?
Thanks,
Jennifer
I had a pixel already istalled before using the plugin yes,
The pixel in the Facebook for Woocmmerce plugin is: 1521732684805396
If I do the Facebook Pixel Helper on our site, I found another one; 1947031452204063
Hi @fcujorick2,
In this case, could you please try disabling the previous pixel and let me know if you’re still seeing this same error regarding the micro data?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Can’t figure out, you can’t delete or disable a pixel right?
The right one is 1521732684805396
When I use pixel helper he founds 1947031452204063But 1947031452204063 can’t be found in our facebook business settings..
I have two plugins,
Facebook for Woocommerce 2.1.4.
Official Facebook Pixel 2.2.1.Hi @fcujorick2,
You mentioned that you are using the Official Facebook Pixel plugin. Could you please try disabling this plugin, as the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin should take care of adding the pixel to your site?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Disabled the plugin: Official Facebook Pixel
Still can’t sync the products with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin, it says:
Er is een fout opgetreden bij het synchroniseren van de producten met Facebook.
translated: There was an error syncing the products with Facebook.I have debug selected, where can I see the debug report?
On facebook, with adding products, it still says The microdata of this pixel is incomplete or incorrectly formatted
Hi @fcujorick2,
The debug information should appear under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you’re seeing anything there from Facebook, please do copy and paste it into your reply.
I’d also like to try resetting the connection so that you can start from scratch and ensure that the catalog you’re using is created via the plugin’s setup wizard. Could you please try running through these steps and let me know if you’re still seeing the same issue after doing so?
Thanks,
Jennifer

Is this something?
I’ve reconnected my site, all fine, no errors.
After that I tried to sync products once more, but still the error:
There was an error syncing the products with Facebook. In the Fatal Error log I see:

Hi @fcujorick2,
Thanks so much for sending that log over! It looks like the memory needs to be increased. There are a couple of ways that you can go about doing this, and this article will help walk you through a few of these options.
Could you please give this a try and let me know if you’re still seeing this issue after increasing the memory?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer,
We’ve tried to fix it with our hosting partner (Savvii),
They updated the momory limit a few times, max to 650 MB and a 10 min time-out,
Still the same error. There was an error syncing the products with Facebook.I’ve got a very long ”facebook_for_woocommerce.0-2020-11-19-3b1a0b33629253c53310082652a9a77a.log Verwijder log”

So it seems like he does 2.307 products, we have 11.515 products. There i a option to exlude some categories,
Is there a option to just select some categories? If we exlude a categorie, is still will do every subcategorie in that categorie, each product/categorie has to be selected, but with 11500 products.. that will take ages
