Hi team, Good day, i have 2 issues, i look in the forum but i could not found any other resolved, and the team recommend to open a new topic.

    First issue
Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

    How to fix this issue:
Once you’ve fixed the issue in your website code you can mark it as resolved. This will move it to the Previously Detected section. If the issue is found again after 3 days it will move back to the Active section.

Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.

    Second issue
The external identifier of the server does not match the external identifier of the pixel

You send the “external_ID” parameter for the InitiateCheckout event from your server, but you don’t send the “external_ID” parameter for this event from the pixel. If you send the “external_ID” parameter for an event from your server, you must also send it from the pixel for the event to be valid.
This can lead to problems in attribution and optimization of ad campaign delivery.

    How to fix this issue:
You will have to use the following solution to correct the problem.

Once you’ve fixed the issue in your website code you can mark it as resolved. This will move it to the Previously Detected section. If the issue is found again after 3 days it will move back to the Active section.

Sends “external_ID” as part of the pixel’s “init” call. For detailed information on the “external_ID” parameter, visit the Facebook for Developers website.

    WordPress version: 5.6
    Facebook for woocommerce version: 2.2.0

I insert the pixel code event pageview and viewcontent in every page, and the facebook for woocommerce its install ok.

Whats steps i must follow to resolve these issues?
What other info you need to help us?

    Thanks Team.

    Hi @fesparragoza

Thanks for writing in with your question! We’ve had a few merchants mention this so far and had raised a support request with the Facebook team that is still ongoing.

Through all the tests and logs that we looked into for these other merchants, we always saw that the ip address and user agent parameters were sent. So we don’t yet know why this message is appearing. The initial response from the Facebook team has been that this should not occur that often, and that they think it could be related to customers using ad-blockers. They advise to clear the issue by clicking the Resolve button in events manager and see if it continues to appear going forward.

We’ve asked the team if we could see some logging from their side to try and match that with our plugin logs. Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns, it’s not possible for Facebook to share that with us.

In which case, if you’d like to raise this further, I would recommend raising a query with them directly at: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/552096935652452
Please make sure to include your Pixel ID, a screenshot of the error, and mention that the WooCommerce plugin uses the Server to Server API for recording these events.

I’m sorry we can’t be more help on this occasion. If I hear anything further from their team on being able to narrow down the root cause, I’ll circle around and let you know!

Could you let me know how you get on if you do decide to contact them directly?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
