I notice that my website is very slow. My hosting (Kinsta) had a look and they said to contact you guys. It’s the server responding time, it’s very slow.
What can I do about this?

Yes, we are having the same issues, was wondering why our stores are loading for over 10 seconds, I guess thats the timeout for that request.
Please fix as fast as possible and reevaluate how to prevent this in the future!

Please roll back to 5.5.0 (previous version released on Dec 29th 2021) to get your site running.
and yes we are thinking about the root cause and will make sure this does not happen again!

Thanks! I have Booster plus.. How can I downgrade without using a plugin? Should I delete active plugin and then download 5.5.0? And can I activate plus through admin or via booster website? Or is there a better way?

We have released an update to our paid versions with the fix. Please update and the issue should be resolved.
We have done a root cause analysis and have found the issue.
