    What’s your config like, do you use selective flushing (it’s stupid slow)?

    Yes i use selective flushing

    the configuration is

    define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true ); // Added by WP Rocket
    define( ‘WP_REDIS_HOST’, ‘127.0.0.1’ );
    define( ‘WP_REDIS_PORT’, ‘6379’ );
    define( ‘WP_REDIS_DATABASE’, 33 );
    define(‘WP_REDIS_PASSWORD’, ‘xxxxxx’);
    define( ‘WP_CACHE_KEY_SALT’, ‘xssxsx’);
    define( ‘WP_REDIS_SELECTIVE_FLUSH’, true);

    WP_REDIS_SELECTIVE_FLUSH is slow AF and a terrible feature that I wish I never merged, better to use dedicated WP_REDIS_DATABASE for each site.

    how can i exclude one plugin form redis cache?

    By adding the cache groups that plugin uses to the list of ignored cache groups.
