Try using a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache.
Have you sshed in and run a top?
Also check what plugins you’re running. Try disabling some.
i do have W3 total cache im also running Simple Post Thumbnails plugin that its important for my theme.
You may want to look into how you setup W3 total cache then. It’s pretty powerful, but takes some getting used to for config.
You’re really getting server loads of 122.40? That’s… My server would have crashed by then. Or auto-killed processes.
You may also want to look into optimizing your server for WP. I used http://www.earnersblog.com/vps-optimization-guide/ for a start.
no i cant see your post fine actually right now the load it’s 3.66 3.12 2.74 but im sure latter on when i get my usually visitors number it will load and i also have make sure w2 its working and i also have WP-Table Reloaded but one thing tho! i had never manually epitomized DB
this is what i got running the command on shh.
/root$ ps -eo pcpu,pid,user,args | sort -k 1 -r | head -10
%CPU PID USER COMMAND
14.5 2306 mysql /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/ --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/server.doamssa.com.pid --skip-external-locking
0.2 28162 maas [php] <defunct>
0.1 30936 root sshd: root@notty
0.1 30105 maas [php] <defunct>
0.0 9 root [ksoftirqd/2]
0.0 8 root [migration/2]
0.0 7 root [watchdog/1]
0.0 7850 root [pdflush]
0.0 6 root [ksoftirqd/1]
That’s pretty high.
You’re really only running two plugins? What theme?
