Server limit reached – error message

Hello guys,
if I want to upload a .pdf in the safari browser, there is a error message that the server limit is reached. With Crome or Firefox no problem is visible. I contacted the server because of the max_imput_vars but everything is high enough.
Please help me out.

Thanks @jmvision2018 , actually the issue occurs on all browser not just safari.
The issue is related to your security plugin which is wordfence, try this solution https://givewp.com/documentation/core/frequent-troubleshooting-issues/admin-ajax-blocked/
