• I’ve seen the following in my logs
    202.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [24/Nov/2009:09:41:03 +0000] "GET /wp-content/themes/index.php HTTP/1.1" 200 5 "-" "PHP/5.2.10"

The IP address is my server (shared host) but my server has hit my blog 124067 times so far in November for only 605KB, I’m not sure when it started. This is happening several times a minute.

then every 1 to 10 minutes I get
    "POST /wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron HTTP/1.0"

I’m using WP-Super-Cache, FeedWordPress, Autotagger, All in One SEO Pack, and a few others. During peak periods the site gets about 15K page views a month.

Not sure if wp-cron is involved or if I can/should ignore it?
