Server Error: WordPress Mail Function Failed

Hello support team. I am testing the built in form on ERE, on the single property page. As a user, i cannot send a form, the sending fails and i get the error message above. Also, am not receiving these forms. Is there a setting that i need to change, as this function has worked at some point in the past
