# Server Error 500 please help

 * Last thing I did was update my jetpack plugin, refreshed the page and now my 
   site is displaying a server error code 500. I cannot access anything from my 
   site. No dashboard, nothing.

 * Only one week old on WordPress so please break down any necessary steps on my
   end in very simple terms.

 * 500 Server Errors can be difficult to track down, but are server related; I’d
   get on a chat or call with Bluehost and see if your server is up, esp. if you
   have made no changes to your site recently. Sometimes they are temporary, so 
   check the site again in a few minutes.
