Was surprised to find out it was the Yoast Plugin causing the error but after working with my hosting company and going through every plugin (naturally Yoast SEO is the last one in the plugin list) We finally determined without a doubt having the plugin active was causing me to get an instant 500 error whenever updating a page.

Deactivate the plugin and could update pages just fine. We repeated this over 20 times and each time Yoast was causing the error. It figures as I was just getting ready to upgrade the plugin. Glad I didnt

  • Same here. Whenever I try do add new post or edit the existing post the wordpress crashes. I had to deactivate the plugin.

Same here… add new post / edit existing = crash. Only deactivate plugin help.

Can you please confirm if the same issue happens when using a different browser? Also, what site language is set on your WP site?

Yes, it happened on Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Vivaldi. The language is Polish

Same. Language Polish here but I switch to English and it works, crash only on Polish language.
