 * hello, I run an online shop woocommerce with elementor plugin, after recent update
   to new WordPress version I started having problems which haven’t occurred before.
 * link: _[ redundant link deleted ]_
 * when I try to enter my website it usually shows now blank white screen until
   I refresh it again, then everything most of the time seems to load normally.
   Apart of that since update I cannot edit anything by elementor, when I change
   something and press publish I’m getting server error 500, sometimes I don’t even
   see a button “edit with elementor” on admin top bar, after refreshing many times
   sometimes button appears but still gives server error 500.
   I noticed that after
   enabling **Unlimited Elements for Elementor** or **Ultimate Addons for Elementor(
   UAE)** i cannot use elementor to edit page as it shows error 500, after deactivating
   both of that plugins, everything works back again.
 * I do not own backup of previous version of WordPress unfortunately.
 * I appreciate help and maybe suggestion how to get more details about problem.
 * thanks

 * Hi [@stranger95](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stranger95/),
 * Sorry for the delayed response.
 * Based on your description, the issue appears to be related to your PHP memory
   limit. Please try increasing the PHP memory limit to 512 MB or higher and check
   whether the problem persists.
 * This can happen if the available PHP memory is exhausted, PHP may terminate the
   process, which can result in a 500 Internal Server Error, a blank white screen,
   or Elementor failing to load properly.
 * If increasing the PHP memory limit doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know.
   We’ll be happy to investigate further.
 * Thanks!
