# Server down

 * I have been using your popup for a while and everything worked well, however 
   today I updated the plugin (haven’t updated for a while so may already skip few
   version)
 * After I updated my server was down immediately and I delete the folder from plugins…
   server was back, I tried few time and also tried to install 11.1 and 10.2… but
   same issue. Here is the last error I saw before it trigger the server down. I
   just wonder if you have any idea why this happened, great thanks!
 * The REST API route definition for `pum/v1/analytics` is missing the required `
   permission_callback` argument. For REST API routes that are intended to be public,

   Popup Maker v1.11.2. Please could you try installing the new version?
