Hello,
Could you ask your hosting provider to run the following command so we can diagnose the errors?
convert -background white -alpha remove -limit memory 32MiB -limit map 64MiB <path_to_wordpress>/wp-content/plugins/wp-booklet/assets/pdf/test.pdf <path_to_wordpress>/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/wp-booklet-test-579b4e360f57c.jpg
<path_to_wordpress>
must be replaced by your document root.
Thanks!
Thanks. Sure I will send this command to my Hosting company & come back you shortly.
Sorry i have one query here. Do i need both files test.pdf & wp-booklet-test-579b4e360f57c.jpg in these folder before run the command?
Hello,
If the plugin is unmodified, test.pdf
must exist in the folder. If the command is successful, wp-booklet-test-579b4e360f57c.jpg
must be automatically generated.
Thanks!
My Hosting team run this command which you mentioned and got the error after the command which is following below:
convert: UnrecognizedAlphaChannelType `remove’ @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/657.
Please tell me only that how can we solve this error & due to this error PDF image is not creating on server. Plese guide.
Thanks! Could you try version 2.1.7?
Hi,
Please guide me which library’s version do you want to use on my server? you mean i should install “Imagemagick” OR “Ghostscript”?
Please suggest.
Thanks
Hi,
Your configuration seems fine. Has the status changed?
Thanks!
Hi,
Thanks for the new update! The PDF button is now appearing, however, when I select a PDF it can’t seem to process past page 1. It just sits there saying “Processing page 1/44. Please keep this window open.” I waited over 10 minutes, and tried a different PDF, but no change.
I’m not sure if this is a related issue or not.
Let me know what you think
Hey thanks so much! It’s working great 🙂
I have the same issue as the person above and a few other people which all seem to be version issues however i am already on this 2.18 version.

I have the same issue with server converting PDF files.
My host has made a number of changes to update PHP and Imagemagik etc without success. They have run the plug-in author’s(binarystash01) suggested error diagnostic command.
The output was: convert: error while loading shared libraries: libMagickCore.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
Can you tell me what I need to instruct them to do.
Thanks
