    it seems to be happening on ALL emails that are sent out. This wonderful review system has been working for us for over a year so I don’t understand why we now are having this problem!

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    The 500 error comes from your site. The review form receives it when tries to transmit reviews to your site. Please enable debugging on your site and check if there are any errors in the debug log after submission of the review form.

    Also, please remove the link to the review form from the public forum because it contains personal data of your customer.

    Based on your suggestions, I discovered a plugin that was blocking the WP response getting to our server. I have removed that plugin and everything is working again.
