Serve different languages?

Great plugin! I was wondering how I can configure the setting per language, such as:

Intro Text
Second Section Text
Etc…

I’ve read https://wp-livechat.com/docs/features/quickview/plugin-features/localization/

Is it possible to serve another language per sub, for example

.com/nl/ dutch
.com/de/ german
etc.
