# SERIOUS PROBLEM RESET

 * Hello, I have a serious problem with the plugin.
    Today I set the sequence number
   and reset the counter to make it start from number 1. Just now I received the
   second order but the number on the invoice is wrong: not 02 but “15315-2016”
 * The settings are right. You can solve this problem? It’s very urgent thanks

 * Hello,
    Will try to help you out right away, but will need more info. Firstly
   you could try to delete and reinstall plugin. Next you can delete all invoices
   from wp-content/uploads/bewpi-invoices. Please backup before delete. Let me know
   if it works.
