 * I have activated this plugin and i am now unable to get into my website as all
   efforts are redirected to a login page that does not enable me to login, i am
   also unable to return to mu dashboard to make changes or deactivate this plugin

    Have you solved your problem?
 * Birds Custom Login has been tested with MU Installations and no bug were found…
 * If you still can’t access your dashboard, you’ll have to remove the plugin via
   FTP.
