Serious issues and no resolution

    This plugin did not work properly on our site and ended up crashing it.

    We also ran into repeated issues with the functionality itself. Parts of the product were not working as expected, and we were unable to get it running reliably.

    The support process was confusing. We received contradictory messages, our original ticket appeared to be replaced, and our latest message was not answered while we were warned that the ticket could be closed for inactivity.

    Based on our experience, this plugin was not reliable enough for use on a live business website.
