Series not sending emails – function has no content?

    I have installed paid memberships pro and the series add-on.
    The access to the series page shows that I now am on day 3 and have access to three posts. However the link to the series pages does not appear on my Membership Account page, nor did my userid receive any emails announcing that new content was now available. Has something gone missing?
