# Series Engine Plugin Install Errors

 * I purchased this plugin called Series Engine from [http://seriesengine.com/](http://seriesengine.com/)
   
   After a few adjustments I got the program to work. But I have problems launching
   the “Get Embed Code” Tab. When it launches the page does not perform the operation
   of getting you the code.
 * First, In this link below I’m seeing 500 server errors, which leads me to believe
   it’s a mod_security setting from your web host that’s preventing the plugin from
   loading some of its components.
 * Second, is a screenshot of the series engine plugin the “Get Embed Code” page.
   As you can see the page only loads one question and stops when it should continue
   and then generate a code.

 * Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official
   support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have
   faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s
   developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, 
   as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back
   to the community in a more robust way.

 * LOL I did they said it was a mod_security setting from my web host that’s preventing
