Seperating a piece of the sidebar and more

I was wondering if there was a way to create a separate space for an (160×600) ad on my sidebar to allow me to add another widget beside it, kind of like how 2dopeboyz.com does.

I was also wondering how to replace the very top header with a centered image and replace the second header with a 728×90 ad that can be controlled through my wp-admin panel (if that’s possible).
