# SEO workout error

 * After i installed Yoast and was configuring SEO workouts, on the” “Optimize SEO
   data
    ” section i get an error when i start the SEO data optimization. It doesn’t

 * I am sorry you could not complete the SEO data optimization. To resolve, please
   follow these steps:
 * 1. Install & activate the [Yoast Test Helper](https://wordpress.org/plugins/yoast-test-helper/)
   plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test 3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click
   on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation’,
   and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons. After each click, the page will reload
   to confirm that the specific reset was successful. 4. Go to SEO > Tools, and 
   under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast
   to rescan your content.
 * Please let us know if the reported issue remains after resetting the optimized
   data.

 * Could you go to your WP admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Tools section and try
   and run the SEO data optimization process from there?
 * If it does result in an error, could you open the ‘error message’ as well as 
   the ‘response’ drop-down arrows for any additional details, as well as open your
   browser’s console and check for JavaScript errors (in red) and take a screenshot
   and share it here?
