SEO Ultimate reports Googlebot searching for pages that were never created?

  • My SEO Ultimate 404 monitor is going nuts. The list of “bad links” are all being searched for by Googlebot, but they are URLs that have never existed. All of these URLs look something like this:

    http://www.domain.com/1/1/119.php

The last number before .php is different each time. Also, two of the URLs on the list are:

http://www.domain.com/info/ (<– this has never existed)
    http://www.h-book.info/comments/feed/

I’m wondering whether these URLs are all supposed to be comments. I have my comments disabled. However, in order to accomplish this, I primarily have the comment divs commented out in the templates’ code with [<!– –>] I also took someone’s advice and removed comments.php from my theme folder.

Is it possible spammers are looking for comment fields to post spam on? How do I fix this issue? I’m afraid it’s accepting my Google rankings!
