not sure what you mean with “google do not see the home page in the search results” as your front page is indexed in Google. Simply enter your URL (http://www.thcendcbd.com/he/) as Google search and you’ll notice that your site is indexed.
What you mean probably is that your site doesn’t rank on the first page at Google with your front page. Well, please keep in mind that everyone wants to rank there and Google has several ranking criterias. You could do some research about search engine optimization (SEO) to learn more about this topic.
