SEO Title Tag and Default theme

    Hey there

    This would be ideal for me, as I’m wanting to switch from the SEO Title Tag
    This one to Yoast’s SEO plugin, but I don’t want to lose all the old title tags I already have. Is it possible to to have them transferred using this plugin? The only thing the current plugin writes is a custom title tag, and when I deactivate it, all those old tags are gone. I don’t want to run both plugins at once, if possible.
