SEO Title missing sitename

    Hey there,

    i just realized that the plugin doesn’t attach the %%sitename%% tag after the title description to the single post/pages titles anymore when creating new posts or pages.
    So it shows always the WP Page title instead of the one we defined in the title templates.

    This happens only with single posts/pages.
    Wasn’t that working before? My old posts do have sitename tags from previous yoast plugin.
