SEO: Only index page and PDF documents on search result pages

Hi,

The only page showing up in Google search engine results pages for my site http://www.amoreswines.com is the index page and two PDF documents.

I’ve set robots to follow in the header.php, installed Yoast & enabled XML sitemap functionality, and submitted the sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools. Multiple pages and posts are being crawled daily, but are not being returned on Google search results pages (all keyword searches related to the site are being directed to the index).

I’ve tried a few search engines and one other page is returning a result: http://www.amoreswines.com/wines/full-wine-portfolio/ along with two PDF documents on the site.

I’ve searched the forums and can’t seem to find any solutions.

Any suggestions?
