SEO – nofollow and noindex for categories, pages and login (Yoast and Ultimate S

    I tried Ultimate SEO and Yoast but it does not work.
    With Ultimate SEO I can get nofollow for categories.
    Can that be something with template?
    Any suggestion how to make categories, pages, login for and other important stuff nofollow and noindex.
