I’m seeing the same issue since the most recent update.

Sometimes strange behavior may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. If you are unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we wrote a small guide that will walk you through the steps. You can find it here: How To Check For Plugin Conflicts
I try to change current theme for plugin conflicts check, but the problem persists and in another theme (twentyfourteen)
I have deactivated all plugins and still no luck finding the culprit. Does anyone suggest using another SEO plugin? Is there another SEO plug in?
Might I suggest enabling error logging in your WordPress installation so you can see if any errors give an indication of the problem.
In your wp-config.php file enable error logging, then repeat the action and check your debug log for errors at wp-content/debug.log
See the WP Codex for a more detailed explanation https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
I turned on error loging, but i don` see any error in log
Mine was doing the same thing so I rolled it back to version 3.2.5 and the focus keyword came back.
Could you tell me how to go back to the previous version? My stuff is updated automatically by my host/server.
You can install the WP Rollback plugin, and you can rollback to the previous version.
