• This has been a really useful plugin for SEO, In particular, has helped get URLs into Bing, and improved Google positioning. One niggle is that it doesn’t recognise the text in reusable blocks. The readability analysis also seems a bit biased to American grammar rather than English grammar.

  • Hi @photographygroup,

Thanks for your comment. We are glad to hear that the plugin has helped you with your SEO. As for the issues you pointed out:

    1. There’s a bug report in our plugin repository regarding the plugin not analyzing reusable blocks. You can find the report on this link. Feel free to make a comment on GitHub and follow the progress of the report. Our developers will look into it and, hopefully, find a solution.
    2. As for the readability analysis for British English, can you please provide some examples where the analysis is inaccurate? We’ll pass this info along to our developers so that they can investigate it further.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the repository link, I will keep an eye on that. Will be a useful fix when it comes. Regarding the 2nd point, I am probably better PMing you? I don’t want to start an American English vs British English debate on this thread.

    Hi @photographygroup,

    Thanks for following up.

It’d be great if you could send us an email to support@yoast.com with some examples and a link that references this review.

    Thanks!
