SEO for Buddypress Groups

Do any of the tags or titles in BP Group Extras get picked up for Buddypress Group SEO? I am trying to find a way to define SEO for my Buddypress Groups and cannot find a solution. Yoast and many of the popular plugins do not work with Buddypress and do not address individual groups.
