SEO and Themes

    Hi, I read an article in the CODEX:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Search_Engine_Optimization_for_Wordpress

    and it states that your theme should be search engine friendly. I am using a modified version of Gila and it calls the sidebars first. I was curious if there was a problem to move the call tag for the sidebars to the bottom as opposed to the top. Is it worth doing that or am I not reading the article correct?
