    By the way, I have checked the following:

    SEO and Readability are enabled – YES

    Readability and keyword analysis are turned on – YES

    Admin hasn’t disabled the SEO and Readability analysis – NO

    Javascript/Plugin conflicts – NONE

    Hi @queensratchet

    We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!

    Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen

    Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.

    I have done all of the things you described above. The problem persist. I noticed that’s the same message you post for everybody with that issue. Lots of people having this issue and I think you guys have that answered in a document where you copy and paste. Let me see, the next one is “upgrade to premium version so we can solve it.”

    Hi @queensratchet,

    A blank meta box issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    Are any JavaScript errors appearing? If so, can you describe the errors or take a screenshot? If you are not sure how to check for JavaScript errors this guide may help: How to find JavaScript errors with your browser’s console?

    Here is a screenshot of Chrome console. https://ibb.co/xX1wdBP.

    The meta box is NOT blank. It shows the content. It’s the Analysis Results that’s blank. I can’t see what’s red, green or yellow. See screenshot below:

    Can you please confirm if your site meets the plugin requirements stated here?
    Also, can you confirm that everything on your site (including themes and plugins) is updated?

    Hi,
    i have the same problem. In the SEO box I can input SEO title, slug and metadescription, but I don’t have any box where to write the keyword. As well as i don’t have any indication in terms of colors *red, green” and the little traffic light isn’t available in article summary and neither on the right side of the screen when you write a post.
    I have disabled all the plugin and used only Yoast with Classic editor but nothing changed. What can I do? Through away Yoast?

    MySQL Version

    mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.64-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1

    PHP Version:

    7.3.13 FastCGI application

    .HTACCESS FILE

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1G’ );

    @queensratchet

    As the issue appears to still happen when you deactivated all your non-Yoast plugins and switched to a standard theme like 2016 and your site appears to also meet our requirements, therefore, based on the information you provided, we expect this to be a bug.

    We’re actively using the bug tracking on our GitHub repository so your best next step would be to create a new issue for our developers at https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/new. You will need an account to create a new issue. If this is your first bug report, please check out: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/.

    @fabaff01
    If you are still experiencing the issue per the forum guidelines, we ask that you please create separate topics for the issues you are experiencing. That way it’s easier to track issues and provide assistance on your specific concerns on your specific site. Plus, you will get your own alerts for the issue rather than someone else’s. You may make a new topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/#new-post. Thanks!
