SEO…

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to change the title that shows up on the search engine for my site… Not sure if I am saying this right, but to make it easier to understand… My website is http://www.heartcenter333.com and when I search for it on google… I use the key words “heart center intuition”, it shows up on page number 9… it says “Recent Comments” as the bolded title… that is what I am wanting to change. Any help is greatly appreciated… Thanks… 🙂
