Jaabie, the short of it is no. The plugin doesn’t do anything to directly impact search performance signals. The major factor is that the Facebook comments content is in an iframe, thus the comments aren’t directly on your site. The idea in using Facebook comments would be to drive up use interaction while reducing spam.
