    Hello, Agus!

    The countdown begins at the moment when the order accepts the status “completed”. If you not want to sent a notification, don’t make order “completed” before removing or cancellation.

    Отсчёт начинается в момент, когда заказ принимает статус “выполнен”. Чтобы для какого-то заказа не отправлялось уведомление, не ставьте ему статус “выполнен” перед удалением или отменой.

    Ok Pixelix, thanks a lot for your advice. Probably the order is a testing order made by me. Btw how can I trigger the plugin to send a test email, I just made some changes in wordings and want to see if it’s being display nicely.

    In the plugin settings set the interval in few seconds and set the order status to “completed”.

    Will this impact to another real order that in status completed? I have some orders that in status completed. I don’t want to send them an email before they receive their goods. I am afraid set the interval will send to all completed order. Thanks.

    When the order is marked as “completed”, it goes to the schedule. Exactly at this moment. The time of sending the notice is calculated every time based on the current settings.
