# Sent mails not working

 * Today, sending emails does not work. We have 3 mails in pause.
 * We see the following mistake: – Se han pausado los envíos debido a un problema
   técnico de SMTP: Class Swift_CharacterReader_Utf8Reader does not exist Suscriptor
   no procesado: (=?utf-8?B?TWFyw61hIEpvc8OpIEJhcnJpZ2E=?= <mariajose.barriga@admiral.
   es>)
 * Compruebe sus ajustes de método de envío.
 * Reanudar el envío-
 * The config smtp is good from our servers.
 * Can you help us???
