Sent Mail BCC

The mail logger is great but not robust enough for me. I run a membership website, so lots of email flows thru the site. Right now mail is sent through Google Apps Gmail. This is especially great because that means sent mail is archived in a designated gmail account. That means I can search for all emails sent to and from a user.
But with Gmails sending limits I worry I’ll need to move to Mandrill or Sparkpost. But then I won’t have a handy gmail account to be able to see archives and search.
The email log is great but not enough.
I’m wondering if there’s a good way to add a bcc to all outgoing mail that flows through the plugin/SMTP server so that as my site communicates with users I can have an archive of it as well.
