 * Hi [@andreea1234](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andreea1234/),
 * Thanks
 * We don’t have an email template in quite the same sense as some other plugins,
   so to do what you describe requires a slightly different approach for our notifications.
 * We do allow HTML in the notification body, and if you’d like to make modifications
   to that you can do this right in the form builder under Settings > Notifications.
 * Here’s an example of how that might look like:
 * – [Message Setup](https://a.supportally.com/klWvLo)
    – [Email Received](https://a.supportally.com/ywFhFb)
 * If you’d like to, you can use some custom code to make further customizations
   to the email template styling and the email’s footer content. The only thing
   to note is that any changes you make to these will be applied to all notifications
   for WPForms on your site.
 * We have a detailed tutorial of how to use HTML in the notification settings,
   as well as how to change styles with a [custom email header file here](https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-customize-the-styles-on-the-email-template/)
 * Then, the footer text can be changed with a slightly [different code](https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-remove-or-change-email-notification-footer-text/).
 * In case it helps, we have [more details on adding custom code to your site here.](https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-add-custom-php-or-javascript-for-wpforms/)
 * I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any other questions
   or would like more details?
 * Kindly,
 *  [Nik Sebastian](https://wordpress.org/support/users/niksebastian/)

 * Hi [@andreea1234](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andreea1234/)
 * We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and
   close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel
   welcome to continue the conversation.
 * Thanks!
